There is a Great, New Relationship between Senior Adults and Young Adults

It is amazing what those of the Greatest Generation can offer to those in their 20’s in the current moment of history.  That is happening in our congregation right now as THE SENIOR CONNECTION sponsors students in THE WESLEY FOUNDATION AT UCO.

In fact, last Friday evening several young adults from The Wesley attended THE SENIOR CONNECTION gathering.  There was good food, an exciting program and best of all new friendships were made among the generations.

What is that old phrase “young at heart”?  It certainly applies in this congregation.  We know it is the heart of Christ which unites us and not our age!
