Connect and Find Support during Difficult Times

Have you recently experienced the loss of a loved one or need support during a challenging time? We understand that navigating grief and difficult circumstances can be overwhelming, and we are here to help. At Edmond First, we offer three support groups that provide a caring and compassionate community for those in need.

Grief Support Group:
Losing a loved one brings about a range of emotions and challenges that are unique to each individual. Our Grief Support Group offers a safe space for sharing your experiences, connecting with others who understand, and finding comfort through shared stories and support. We meet on the first Thursday of every month, providing a consistent outlet for your grief journey.
Cancer Support Group:
A cancer diagnosis not only affects individuals physically but also emotionally and mentally. Our Cancer Support Group is designed to be a source of strength and encouragement for those facing cancer, whether as patients or as their loved ones. We gather on the second Thursday of each month, offering a dedicated space to share insights, exchange coping strategies, and find solace in a community that understands your specific challenges.
Caregiver Support Group:
Caring for a loved one who is chronically ill or experiencing long-term health issues can be demanding, both physically and emotionally. Our Caregiver Support Group provides a nurturing environment where you can connect with fellow caregivers, share your burdens, and glean insights from others who have walked a similar path. We meet on the third Thursday of every month, offering validation, resources, and encouragement to help you on your caregiving journey.
